- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon with salt and sear for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour the glaze over the salmon and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
