Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet, cooking until opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
