- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet, cooking until opaque and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the mixed seafood with your choice of seafood.
- Serve with crusty bread or over pasta for a complete meal.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
