- 1 tsp lime zest
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, lime juice, zests, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, pistachios, and cherries.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother blending.
- Wrap the springform pan in foil to prevent leaks.
