Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, drain excess fat and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. In a separate pot, cook cauliflower florets in boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with a fork or potato masher.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add the ground beef mixture to the cauliflower mixture and stir until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
