- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 cups Cauliflower florets
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- for garnish Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Once the beef is cooked, drain excess fat and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- In a separate pot, cook cauliflower florets in boiling water for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with a fork or potato masher.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add the ground beef mixture to the cauliflower mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
