- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
