- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fins.
- Gently pull apart the shell and expose the lobster meat. You can lift the meat slightly out of the shell for a better presentation.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up, and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
- Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the air fryer and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary based on the size of the lobster tails. Larger tails may require additional cooking time.
- Do not overcook the lobster, as it can become tough and rubbery.
