Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each hot dog bun.
  3. Place the buns in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the buns from the skillet and fill each with the lobster mixture.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with extra chives or parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a dash of hot sauce or Old Bay seasoning to the lobster mixture.
