Description
This classic lobster roll recipe features tender lobster meat mixed with a creamy dressing, served in a toasted bun. Perfect for summer picnics or a seafood feast!

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of each hot dog bun.
- Place the buns in the skillet and toast until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the buns from the skillet and fill each with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra chives or parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a dash of hot sauce or Old Bay seasoning to the lobster mixture.
- Feel free to substitute the lobster with shrimp or crab for a different seafood twist.
