Description
This Lemon Herb Grilled Swordfish is a deliciously light and flavorful dish, perfect for summer grilling. The marinade combines fresh herbs and zesty lemon to enhance the natural flavors of the swordfish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 swordfish steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (chopped)

- Grill the swordfish for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a light salad for a complete meal.
- Swordfish can be substituted with tuna or salmon if preferred.
