- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups frozen fries, cooked
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir well.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the glazed beef over crispy fries.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
