  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat dry tilapia fillets with paper towels.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
  3. Dredge fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry tilapia for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  6. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add lemon juice and stir well.
  8. Pour sauce over tilapia and garnish with parsley.
