- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pat dry tilapia fillets with paper towels.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Dredge fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry tilapia for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Pour sauce over tilapia and garnish with parsley.
