Ingredients

- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and stir.
- Garnish with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
