Description
A quick and aromatic oven-baked chicken tikka masala with rich flavors and tender chicken.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (400g) tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt, tikka masala spice mix, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in marinated chicken and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking dish, cover, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding chili powder if needed.
- For extra flavor, grill the marinated chicken before baking.
- Use fresh yogurt for best results.
