- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to create a roux. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Add shredded chicken and mixed vegetables to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Cover with puff pastry, trimming excess and sealing the edges.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
Notes
- Ensure the puff pastry is thawed before use.
- You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
