Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. For the tzatziki sauce, mix grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
  4. Warm pita breads in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Assemble gyros by placing chicken on pita bread and topping with tzatziki sauce.
