  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until done.
  3. Combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill to make tzatziki.
  4. Warm pita breads in a pan or oven.
  5. Fill pitas with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki.
  6. Serve immediately.
