A quick and easy chicken gyros recipe ready in 20 minutes, served with homemade tzatziki sauce.

- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until done.
- Combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill to make tzatziki.
- Warm pita breads in a pan or oven.
- Fill pitas with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh dill for best flavor.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.
