- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes until flavors blend.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and garnish with cilantro.
