Ingredients

Scale

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the tough stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, sea salt, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Place the kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
