- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add chicken and prawns to the marinade, coating them well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken first for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Add prawns and cook for another 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or salad.

- Use fresh prawns for the best taste.
- Adjust honey and mustard to your preferred sweetness and tang.
