Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a grill or pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. While the patties cook, mash the avocados in a bowl.
  5. Add tomato, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro to the avocados. Mix well.
  6. Toast the burger buns lightly.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with guacamole.
  8. Serve immediately.
