Ingredients

- 500g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side.
- While the patties cook, mash the avocados in a bowl.
- Add tomato, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro to the avocados. Mix well.
- Toast the burger buns lightly.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with guacamole.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh avocados for the best guacamole.
