Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin as well.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up. Arrange lemon slices around the chicken.

- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
