Ingredients

- 2 lbs fish fillets (snapper or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix jerk seasoning, soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat fish fillets evenly with the marinade.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry fish for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot.
