Ingredients

- 2 cups of fruit juice (any flavor you prefer)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of whipped cream (optional for topping)
- Fresh fruits for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the fruit juice and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- Once the gelatin has bloomed, add it to the warm fruit juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring it into molds or cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, you can serve the jelly desserts as is or top with whipped cream and fresh fruits for garnish.
Notes
- You can use any combination of fruit juices to create unique flavors.
- For a layered effect, let each layer set before adding the next one.
- Jelly desserts can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
