Ingredients

  • 200g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp pickle relish
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced pickles
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Cook diced onions until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until beef is browned.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish to make the special sauce.
  6. Spread sauce on tortillas.
  7. Add cooked beef, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
  8. Fold tortillas into wraps.
  9. Serve warm.
