Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix with honey and hot sauce.
- Brush hot honey glaze over cooked chicken cutlets.
- Serve immediately.
