Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Cook for another minute.
  7. Serve shrimp over mashed potatoes.
