A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring honey garlic shrimp served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce. Cook for another minute.
- Serve shrimp over mashed potatoes.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- For creamier mashed potatoes, add more milk or butter.
