A refreshing homemade lemonade with raspberries and peaches.
Ingredients
- fresh raspberries – 250 g
- ripe peaches – 2, sliced
- freshly squeezed lemon juice – 200 ml
- sugar – 150 g
- water – 1 liter
- fresh mint leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water and set them aside. Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them into thin wedges.
- Make the lemonade base: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the water: Pour in the 1 liter of water into the pitcher with the lemon juice and sugar mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Incorporate the fruit: Gently add the fresh raspberries and sliced peaches to the lemonade mixture. Stir carefully to avoid crushing the raspberries.
- Chill: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the lemonade to chill.
- Serve: Pour the raspberry peach lemonade into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a few fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
