Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 250g ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with pasta, sauce, or as desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add 1 tsp dried oregano or basil.
  • If baking, place meatballs on a tray at 190°C for 20 minutes.
  • Freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
