Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with pasta, sauce, or as desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1 tsp dried oregano or basil.
- If baking, place meatballs on a tray at 190°C for 20 minutes.
- Freeze uncooked meatballs for later use.
