Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the burger buns lightly.
