- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with dried parsley before serving.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for a richer flavor.
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce.
