Instructions
- Asparagus with Parmesan: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roast for another 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Asparagus with Balsamic Glaze: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh, firm asparagus.
