Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy.
- In another bowl, toss the zucchini slices with balsamic vinegar and Italian seasoning.
- Add the zucchini to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- For the broccoli, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and cook for 8 minutes in the air fryer, shaking halfway through.
- Serve all snacks warm and enjoy!
