Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy.
  4. In another bowl, toss the zucchini slices with balsamic vinegar and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add the zucchini to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. For the broccoli, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and cook for 8 minutes in the air fryer, shaking halfway through.
