Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mixture
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Spoon dough into piping bag with star tip.
- Pipe 2-inch strips onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss warm churros in cinnamon sugar.

- Let dough rest briefly for easier piping.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
