Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Boil water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
  4. Let cool slightly, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Spoon dough into piping bag with star tip.
  6. Pipe 2-inch strips onto parchment paper.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Toss warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
