- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
