- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups French fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix broccoli and cheese, then stuff into the chicken pockets.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, then sear chicken for 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream to make the sauce.
- Cook French fries until crispy.
- Serve chicken with garlic sauce and fries.
