  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
