- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
