Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill steak bites for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until soft.
- Add heavy cream and thyme, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return steak bites to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure steak reaches 145°F.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer.
- Substitute coconut milk for a dairy-free option.
