Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill steak bites for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove steak from pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until soft.
  6. Add heavy cream and thyme, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return steak bites to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve hot.
