  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
