- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- In another bowl, toss shredded cabbage, cilantro, and lime juice to make the slaw.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topping with cabbage slaw, and adding avocado or sour cream if desired.
