- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade on both sides.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes.
- Flip the salmon carefully and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.
