Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

  6. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the peaches and cheese.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and additional olive oil if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best grilling results.
  • You can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if desired.
