Description
A refreshing summer dish, combining the sweetness of grilled peaches with the creaminess of burrata cheese, topped with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, arrange the grilled peaches, burrata cheese, and mozzarella balls.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the peaches and cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and additional olive oil if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best grilling results.
- You can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if desired.
