This delightful grilled peach and prosciutto pizza combines sweet and savory flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 pizza dough ball
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it on the grill, oiled side down.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and has grill marks.
- While the dough is grilling, toss the peach slices with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Flip the pizza dough and layer the grilled side with mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, and peach slices.
- Close the grill lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is cooked through.
- Remove the pizza from the grill and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Top with crumbled goat cheese and fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh peaches with grilled peaches for added flavor.
- Feel free to add arugula for extra greens and peppery flavor.
