Juicy grilled steak topped with garlic butter and served alongside crispy parmesan fries.
Ingredients

- 2 steaks ribeye or sirloin
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Set aside.
- Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of grilling, brush the garlic butter mixture onto the steaks.
- While the steaks are grilling, cut the potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once the fries are crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Serve the grilled steaks with the parmesan fries on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steaks in garlic, olive oil, and herbs for a few hours before grilling.
- Feel free to add your favorite spices to the fries for additional flavor.
