Ingredients

  • 2 steaks ribeye or sirloin
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Set aside.
  3. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of grilling, brush the garlic butter mixture onto the steaks.
  6. While the steaks are grilling, cut the potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Once the fries are crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve the grilled steaks with the parmesan fries on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steaks in garlic, olive oil, and herbs for a few hours before grilling.
  • Feel free to add your favorite spices to the fries for additional flavor.
