- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Brush the corn with the olive oil mixture until well coated.
- Place the corn on the grill, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and brush with butter if desired.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
