- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 7-10 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Flip the chicken thighs and continue grilling for another 7-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
