  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 7-10 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Flip the chicken thighs and continue grilling for another 7-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
