Ingredients

- 1 cup couscous

- 1 cucumber, grated and drained

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

- Prepare couscous according to package instructions.
- Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make tzatziki.
