Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Mix in cooked rice and shredded cheese. Remove from heat.
  4. Spoon filling onto tortillas, fold, and grill on both sides until golden.
