Description

- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
- For Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cucumber (grated and drained), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 tsp dill, salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat airfryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place skewers in the airfryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway.
- For Tzatziki Sauce: Mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Drain grated cucumber well to avoid watery tzatziki.
- Adjust cooking time based on airfryer model.
