Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • For Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cucumber (grated and drained), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 tsp dill, salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat airfryer to 180°C (356°F).
  5. Place skewers in the airfryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway.
  6. For Tzatziki Sauce: Mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, and salt in a bowl.
  7. Serve chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce.

  • Drain grated cucumber well to avoid watery tzatziki.
