Description
A refreshing and healthy Greek yogurt parfait layered with crunchy granola, sweet honey, and fresh mixed berries. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt – 500 g
- Granola – 200 g
- Honey – 4 tablespoons
- Mixed berries – 250 g (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Prepare the berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces. Set the berries aside to drain.
- Layer the parfait: In a tall, clear glass or parfait dish, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom. Use about 1/4 of the yogurt for this layer.
- Add granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt, using about 1/4 of the granola. This will add a nice crunch to your parfait.
- Add berries: Next, add a layer of mixed berries on top of the granola. Use about 1/4 of the berries for this layer.
- Repeat the layers: Repeat the layering process two more times with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries. You should have three layers in total.
- Drizzle with honey: Once you have finished layering, drizzle the 4 tablespoons of honey over the top layer of berries. This will add sweetness and a beautiful shine to your parfait.
- Serve: Enjoy your Greek yogurt parfait immediately, or refrigerate it for a short time if you prefer it chilled.
Notes
- Customize your parfait with other toppings like nuts, seeds, or different fruits.
- For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey.
