- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until browned.
- Combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill to make tzatziki sauce.
- Warm pita breads for 30 seconds in a dry pan.
- Fill pitas with chicken, tomato, onion, and tzatziki sauce.
- Fold and serve immediately.
