Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add halloumi slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle honey over the halloumi.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and black pepper on top.
- Serve warm.
